Listeria outbreak, 33 weeks pregnant?
All over the news they said the outbreak have the Maple Leaf listeria, I've just found out about them a day or two before, but we had some Bologna in our fridge. My friend did not eat, think, and last night I had a bite think of his sandwich, that this meat is safe (you'd think they would draw the bad stuff off the shelves already have?) Well, I did some research and your supposed to look for 97B of the epiration date if it came from the infected plant … Well, this package had the 97B … im soo worried for my baby, what should I ? Do Could the one bite they are affected?
I would not worry you only had one bite. I ate a lot of things that I do not know I should not to eat, and you may end up driving yourself crazy, the burden is probably the worst for the child anyway. Just do not eat more meat in the future, but if you are still concerned I would definitely consult a doctor for reassurance.
